Graateful.com Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at graateful@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Shipping the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside, and affix the prepaid shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated shipping facility.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Options: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we offer:
    • A refund to the original payment method.
    • Store credit for future purchases.
    • An exchange for an item of equal value.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: For returns due to personal preferences, a return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to returned items.
